Kendal Ruffin

Kendal Ruffin has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Starting in 2015 as an HR Assistant at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., Kendal then moved on to work as a Logistics Coordinator at Ryder System, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Kendal joined Employment Screening Services as a Verification Specialist. From 2018 to 2019, Kendal had the roles of HRIS Coordinator and Human Resources Project Manager at Books A Million. Kendal also served as an HR Specialist in the United States Air Force from 2012 to 2019. Next, Kendal worked as a System Administrator and later as an Operations Manager at National Vision Inc. in 2020 and 2021 respectively. In 2021, Kendal became a Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst at Club Car and currently holds the position of Human Resources Information System Analyst at Shields Health Solutions since 2022.

Kendal Ruffin began their education journey in 2010 when they enrolled at Jefferson State Community College. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in General Studies. After completing their associate degree, Kendal then went on to attend the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2014 to 2016. At UAB, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Management. Building on their undergraduate studies, Kendal decided to further their education and enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. Kendal completed their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services in 2022.
