Michael Garay began their work experience in 2015 as a Chemotherapy Compounding Technician at Coram CVS/specialty infusion services. In 2018, they joined Shields Health Solutions as a Pharmacy Liaison - Oncology, focusing on patient-centered care for individuals with chronic conditions/illness. In this role, they provided integrated support to patients, pharmacists, and providers by implementing a hands-on approach to total quality patient care. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Liaison Education and Development at Shields Health Solutions, where they currently work.
