Nei Joanidhi

Nei Joanidhi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked at Amazon in a Strategic Operations role. From 2020 to 2020, they served as an Associate Consultant at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, where they collaborated with Fortune 500 clients on executive compensation and company strategy. In 2021, Nei joined Alto Pharmacy as a Business Operations & Strategy Manager and later became a General Manager, playing a key role in the company's growth and product launches. They also worked as an Investor at Glow in 2021. Currently, Nei is serving as a part-time Mentor at The Commons, providing coaching and career guidance to top business talent. Starting in 2022, they will assume the role of Manager of Strategic Operations at Shields Health Solutions.

Nei Joanidhi's education history includes attending Indiana University - Kelley School of Business where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Liberal Arts, and Management Program (LAMP). Additionally, Nei completed overseas study at The University of Sydney Business School. Before attending university, Nei studied at Bronx High School of Science. Nei has also obtained certifications in Learning SQL Programming from Lynda.com in January 2019 and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in June 2017.
