Samuel Jobson

Samuel Jobson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2014, Samuel founded the Nittany Consulting Group, a student-run consulting group aimed at preparing members for careers in consulting. Samuel developed a comprehensive training program and managed the selection process for participants.

In 2016, Samuel interned at EY as an Advisory Intern, where they assisted with financial planning and analysis for a merger between two chemical companies.

From 2017 to 2019, Samuel worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at EY, supporting project portfolio management for a telecommunications company. Samuel implemented technology solutions and developed a standardized labor cost allocation system.

In 2017, Samuel also became the Vice President of Finance and Operations at NAPSA, where they researched sports markets and developed innovative course content.

Beginning in 2019, Samuel joined Highmark Inc. as a Strategy Manager, responsible for developing strategic plans for the Medicaid Markets. Samuel created a governance model for cross-functional workstreams.

Most recently, Samuel joined Shields Health Solutions in 2022 as the Director of Strategic Operations.

Throughout their career, Samuel has showcased their leadership abilities, financial acumen, and strategic thinking across a range of roles.

Samuel Jobson's education history includes attending Penn State University, where they studied Accounting and Finance. They also attended Hershey High School. In September of 2014, Samuel obtained the Smeal Honor Code certification from Penn State University.
