Stephen J. Davis

Stephen J. Davis has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on pharmacy services and health system strategy. Stephen J. is currently employed at Shields Health Solutions as the Senior Director of Health System Strategy, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, Stephen served as the Director of Health System Strategy at Shields Health Solutions from January 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Shields Health Solutions, Stephen worked at Texas Children's Hospital, where they held various managerial positions. From July 2016 to January 2019, they were the Manager of Specialty Pharmacy Services. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of the Central Pharmacy from February 2013 to June 2016, and as the Manager of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services from August 2010 to January 2013.

Stephen J. Davis began their career at UPMC, where they completed a Health System Pharmacy Administration residency from July 2008 to June 2010.

Stephen J. Davis completed their education at Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in the field of Pharmacy. Prior to that, they studied Pre-Pharmacy Studies at Auburn University from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Stephen has obtained several certifications including A2E Business Fundamentals, Management Accelerator Program, Problem Solving, and Business Strategy, all from McKinsey & Company. These certifications were obtained in various months of 2021.
