Delvin Barber

Delvin Barber is an experienced educator and dance professional currently serving as a Lecturer in the College of Continuing Education at City Colleges of Chicago-Olive-Harvey College, teaching Chicago Style Steppin' and Line Dance. Delvin also works as an English Teacher for Lighthouse Academies and holds dual roles as a Mental Health Specialist and Milieu Supervisor at Hartgrove Behavioral Health System. As the Founder and Director of D. B. Dance Studios, Delvin oversees operations, including scheduling and event planning. Previous experience includes teaching at The Salvation Army, serving as a Remote Learner Specialist at The Field School, and working as an Adjunct Instructor at Triton College. Delvin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Northeastern Illinois University and ongoing studies at Valparaiso University.
