Taimoor Shah is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, quality management, and strategic leadership within healthcare organizations. As the Administrator Consultant at Joint Commission International since January 2023, Taimoor conducts mock surveys to assess hospitals' readiness for JCI accreditation. Previously, Taimoor served as Chief Operating Officer and Director Quality at Shifa International Hospitals Limited, where responsibilities included driving innovation and improving clinical and operational processes. Taimoor has also held significant roles in the Shifa Foundation, overseeing governance and strategic planning, and served as Executive Director at eShifa, establishing a pioneering health service platform.
