Kristian Mccausland

Kristian McCausland has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles over the years. Kristian began their career in 1996 as a Credit Analyst at Esanda, where they worked until 1999. Following this, they joined Jeanworks as the General Manager from 1999 to 2002. Kristian then worked as a Business Development Manager at St George Bank from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, Kristian took on the role of Director at AFM Mortgage & Finance, which they held until 2007. Kristian then worked at Commonwealth Bank as the State Manager for Broker & Agency Credit from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2019, Kristian worked at Macquarie Group, holding various positions such as Associate Director, Strategic Business Development Manager - Introducer Sales, and Head of Sales and Marketing - Advantage Funding. Currently, they serve as Sales Director at Shift, a rapidly growing technology company specializing in finance solutions. In their role at Shift, Kristian is responsible for supporting businesses with credit and payments platforms, facilitating easy access to funds.

Kristian McCausland attended Rosanna East High School from 1983 to 1989, completing their high school education. Following this, from 1990 to 1995, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at RMIT University.
