Borys Chabursky

Borys Chabursky has a long history of experience in the life sciences and healthcare sector. In 1999, they founded Shift Health, a company that has successfully delivered over 500 life sciences assignments for more than 300 clients in North America, Europe and the Middle East. In 2010, they became President of SHI Ventures, an angel investment company where they have invested in approximately 40 companies. In 2015, they joined the board of directors of Acerus Pharma, Alpha Cancer Technologies Inc., and Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. Borys also served as an advisor for Temperance Capital and Minera Alamos Inc. In 2018, they joined the Board of Directors of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation and became Managing Director of Devonian Health Group Inc. Additionally, they have been Chairman of SHI Capital since 2005.

Borys Chabursky attended University of Toronto from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BSC in Toxicology. Borys then attended Harvard University from 1994 to 1995 for Special Studies in Administration and Management.
