Elisa Porfilio

Elisa Porfilio is an experienced professional currently serving as an Engagement Leader at Shift Health since August 2022. Previously, Elisa held managerial roles at KPMG Canada from May 2016 to July 2022, including Manager and Senior Consultant. Elisa's expertise spans various sectors, having co-led efforts to support graduate students in management consulting as Vice President of GMCA, and worked as a Client Excellence Intern at Monitor Deloitte, focusing on content marketing and client relations strategies. Additionally, Elisa contributed to community outreach through SciChat, engaged in teaching assistant roles at the Rotman School of Management, and supported cancer survivors as a Business Research Volunteer for the Fresh Chapter Alliance Foundation. Educational achievements include a PhD in Immunology from the University of Toronto and a BHSc (hons) in Health Sciences from McMaster University.
