Helen Luck, PhD

Helen Luck, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Helen currently works as a Senior Consultant at Shift Health, where they guide research and key deliverable development in various strategic engagements across the health and life sciences sectors. Helen also provides project management, oversees internal teams, and maintains strong client relationships with global clients. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant at Shift Health, where they performed primary and secondary research. Helen also completed an internship at the company.

Before joining Shift Health, Helen worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at University Consulting Group. Helen also had roles at the University of Toronto, where they served as a Guest Lecturer, conducted research for their PhD in Immunology of Obesity and Diabetes, and worked as a Teaching Assistant. Additionally, they served as the Business Strategy Lead at UofT Hatchery and as a Designer & Content Contributor at IMMpress Magazine.

Helen has also been actively involved in various organizations. Helen participated in the Graduate Management Consulting Association miniMBA Program and Case Competition, where their team secured second place. Helen also participated in the Annual Case Competition organized by the Graduate Management Consulting Association. Furthermore, they served as the Co-President of the Immunology Graduate Students Association.

Helen Luck, PhD, completed their education at the University of Toronto. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree, specializing in Nutritional Sciences & Health and Disease. Later, from 2013 to 2019, they furthered their studies and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Immunology from the same institution.
