Delilah Schwartz

Delilah Schwartz is an experienced professional in email operations and client success, currently serving as the Director of Email Operations at Shift Paradigm since October 2022. Prior to this role, Delilah held the same title at ERGO from October 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and overseeing the lifecycle of the OPEN American Express monthly e-newsletter, along with developing strategies for hyper-personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns. Delilah's earlier career included positions at the Jewish Institute of Queens as the Director of the After School Program, a 4th Grade Teacher, and Grade Level Leader. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both obtained from Binghamton University.
