Ian Watters

Ian Watters has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Ian is currently the Head of Sales, Healthcare at Shift Technology. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at Change Healthcare from 2019 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, Ian served as the Vice President of Population Health Sales at HMS. Ian also held multiple positions at HMS Eliza, including Vice President of Health Engagement Solutions from 2013 to 2017 and Director of Strategic Solutions from 2010 to 2013. Before joining HMS Eliza, Ian worked as the Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Loyalty Builders from 2004 to 2010. Ian began their career as a Senior Account Executive at CompuCom in 1999, and prior to that, they were a Technical Account Manager at Entex Technologies from 1996 to 1999.

Ian Watters earned a BSBA degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Northeastern University, attending from 1991 to 1996.
