Jesus G. Bonilla

Jesus G. Bonilla has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Jesus is currently serving as the Head of Iberia Sales at Shift Technology. Prior to this, they worked as a Lecturer for Fintech & Insurtech Executive Programs at Afi Escuela de Finanzas and as an External Advisor at Guidepoint, where they provided strategic foresight consultancy services. Jesus also served as the Head of sales for the Financial & Insurance services industry at Huawei Technologies, where their responsibilities included establishing vertical strategies and implementing robust account plans. Jesus worked as a Tech Account Manager for BBVA at Logicalis Spain, where they contributed to the bank's digital transformation. Jesus also held the position of Head of IT presales for the Madrid region at ABAST, where they designed end-to-end solutions for large accounts. Earlier in their career, they worked at EMC, holding roles such as Implementation Specialist, Implementation Delivery Engineer, and Customer Engineer. Additionally, Jesus has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and CEO of WCE and GSUSG, where they focused on new business generation and excelling customer expectations in the retail sector.

Jesus G. Bonilla has a diverse education history. In 2008, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad de Granada, where they studied Telecommunications, Electronics, Economics, and Project Management. Jesus also pursued further education by completing a Master's degree in Information Technology at the University of Patras in 2008. Jesus has also completed various certifications in the field of technology, including the IBM Blockchain Essentials, Red Hat Sales Engineer Specialist - Storage, and NASP Sales Specialist Certification, among others. In 2018, they pursued two short-term programs - one in Banca Digital: Innovación y Tecnología Financiera at IEB and another in Legal Tech & Startups at IE Business School.
