John Norrie

John Norrie has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Actuarial Analyst at Willis in 2015. In 2017, they moved on to work as an Engineer at L3 TRL Technology. In 2018, John joined Akka Technologies as an International Consultant. John then transitioned into the field of data science and worked at Shift Technology, starting as a Data Scientist in 2019, then moving up to Senior Data Scientist in 2021, and eventually becoming a Team Leader Data Scientist in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Data Scientist Canada at Shift Technology, starting from July 2023.

John Norrie completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham in 2016. John then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Mathematics at Imperial College London from 2016 to 2017.
