Lem Fru

Lem Fru has a diverse work experience, starting from their most recent position as a Senior Business Analyst at Eny Consulting Inc. since January 2023. Prior to that, Lem worked at iCode Edu as a Scrum Master/BA from June 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining iCode Edu, Lem was a Senior Business Analyst at Concentrix from May 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Luxbill as a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master from May 2017 to May 2019.

Lem's earliest roles were at FirstCol Services Ltd, where they worked as a Scrum Master from April 2016 to May 2017, and as a Business Analyst from February 2012 to April 2016.

Lem Fru has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2003, they attended the University of Buea, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, Lem pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Eastern Mediterranean University. In 2009 and 2010, they attended Oxford Brookes University, where they obtained an MSc degree in Health and Social Care Management.

In addition to their formal education, Lem Fru has also obtained several certifications. These include "Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 1 Projects, Boards, and Issues" and "Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 2 Lean and Agile Processes" from LinkedIn, both obtained in June 2022. Lem also obtained "Agile Foundations," "Agile Software Development: Kanban for Developers," "SAP ERP Essential Training," and "Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)" certifications from LinkedIn in January 2022. Furthermore, Lem holds the "Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I)" certification from Scrum.org, earned in December 2021. Lastly, they obtained the "Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2022.
