Wendy Gardner has been in the payroll management business for over 20 years. She has dedicated her career in helping business owners and human resource managers have an employee time clock program and work scheduling solution that is web based, easy and affordable. As the founder and creator of a web based time clock program for over 12 years, Mrs. Gardner has listened to customers' needs and found the needs of her customers were changing. With this in mind, Mrs. Gardner had felt it was time to put the customer's needs first and so she met with her development team to design an improved, simplified all-in-one employee time clock combined with a work scheduler to save employers even more time and money. They called their new time clock program “Shift2Work.”
