Amiel Forbes

Amiel Forbes is currently employed as a POS Software Support Representative at Shift4, starting in June 2023, where responsibilities include researching and resolving credit card terminal issues, improving terminal performance, and providing customer support through various communication channels. Prior to this role, Amiel held multiple positions at West Chester University of Pennsylvania including Electronic Security Technician, Security Officer, and Resident Assistant from April 2022 to May 2023. Previous experience also includes various roles at Red Robin - Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group from December 2019 to January 2022, and served as a Shift Supervisor at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom during the summer of 2019. Amiel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, expected to graduate in May 2024.
