Nicholas Theodorakos

Nicholas Theodorakos is an accomplished tax professional currently serving as the Director of Global Tax Reporting at Shift4 since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Senior Manager at Enovis from March 2021 to July 2023 and held various positions at PwC, including Manager, Senior Associate, and Experienced Associate from January 2013 to March 2021. Nicholas holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Villanova University (2014-2016) and two Bachelor of Science degrees: one in Accounting from the University of Delaware (2012-2013) and another in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware (2000-2004).
