Rob Cotton

Rob Cotton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Solutions Specialist III at Shift4 since August 2022, Rob previously worked as a Major Account Executive at Retail Control Solutions from January 1994 to August 2022, where Rob assisted clients in navigating the technology landscape through strategic decision-making. Earlier career roles included Senior Manager at Cracker Barrel, managing restaurant operations, and Operations Manager at a Private Restaurant Company, focusing on general food and beverage operations and contributing to the opening of three co-owned restaurant ventures. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, both obtained from Johnson & Wales University.
