Samantha Harris

Samantha Harris is a seasoned professional in program management and product design, currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Shift4 since May 2022, where oversight of strategic organizational programs is a primary focus. Previously, Samantha held the position of Director of Product Design at Shift4Shop from November 2007 to May 2022, contributing to one of the largest hosted e-commerce platforms. In this role, responsibilities included leading project management efforts, ensuring quality control, and serving as a liaison between clients and development teams. Samantha began their career as a Technical Support Representative and Performance Advisor, gaining experience in customer service and technical support. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University in 2004.
