Terri Martin

Terri Martin currently serves as the Lead Compensation Analyst at Shift4, having joined the company in October 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mercer from August 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities encompassed the development of compensation benchmarks and strategies, as well as advising HR leaders on aligning compensation with business goals. Martin also held the position of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern at Veritiv and completed various internships focused on social justice, student support, and crisis response. Educated at Emory University, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategy and Management Consulting, Martin has accumulated a diverse skill set in compensation analysis, DEI initiatives, and strategic consulting.
