Eric R. Miramontes

Eric R. Miramontes has over 23 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Eric R. began their career as a Design Engineer and intern at Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Inc. where they specialized in designing water, natural gas, and sewer systems. Eric R. then worked at GENERAL SHALE BRICK as a Production Supervisor and Safety & Quality Facilitator, where they managed daily operations in the production facility and oversaw departments such as extrusion, drying and firing, packaging, and shipping. After that, they joined Kintronic Laboratories, Inc. as the Global Sales & Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining and establishing client relationships worldwide in the broadcast industry. Eric R.'srole focused on manufacturing custom Medium Wave broadcast equipment and components.

Eric then transitioned to SSC Service Solutions as a Unit Director, where they served as a leader in ensuring productivity, safety, maintenance, quality, inventory, and personnel issues within the organization. Eric R. later joined Intermountain Electronics as the Director of Business Development - Eastern US, responsible for driving business growth in the eastern region of the United States.

Prior to their current role at Shift7 Digital as a Project Manager, which they started in 2022, Eric held a position at Ntara as a Client Service Manager. In this role, they managed client relationships and provided service within the company.

In 2020, they joined Alinea Logistics LLC as the Director of Operations, overseeing the operational aspects of the organization. Eric R. held this position until 2022.

Throughout their career, Eric has developed strong leadership and management skills, as well as extensive experience in project management, client service, business development, and operations.

Eric R. Miramontes has a diverse education history. Eric R. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Digital Media from East Tennessee State University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Morristown Hamblen High School - West, where they received their HS Diploma in the years 1996 to 1998. Before attending high school, Eric attended the American School Foundation - Mexico City from 1994 to 1996, completing a College Preparatory program. In addition to their formal education, Eric has also acquired professional certifications. Eric R. obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in November 2022. Additionally, they received the OSHA 30 Hour certification in October 2007, although the institution providing this certification was not specified.
