Alexandra Behringer

Alexandra Behringer is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Program Delivery at Shifted Energy since March 2024. In this role, Alexandra leads cross-functional implementations for distributed energy resource projects, supports business development, and establishes partnerships with utility clients and DER providers. Prior experience includes Senior Program Manager at Swell Energy and Program Manager IV at Uplight, where Alexandra was instrumental in managing grid services and software projects. Earlier roles as Senior Product Owner at Generac Grid Services and Director of Data Products at E Source allowed Alexandra to hone expertise in product management, customer engagement, and agile methodologies. Alexandra holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Washington and an MS in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University.
