Marwan Sultani

Marwan Sultani is a proficient professional with extensive experience in data analysis and business operations. Currently serving as Data Lead at Shiftsmart since October 2023, Marwan previously held multiple roles at RenoRun, including Revenue Operations Manager and Revenue Operations Lead from January 2021 to April 2023. Marwan co-founded 961 Collective, which supports secular NGOs in Lebanon through fundraising and collaborative events. Earlier experience includes positions at Lightspeed HQ as a Sales Operations Specialist and at Sonder Inc. as a Guest Experience Specialist. Marwan's leadership skills were also demonstrated at McGill University, overseeing significant events such as Management Orientation Week and the McGill Cancer Auction. Marwan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University.
