Tom Pecsok

Tom Pecsok has a diverse work experience. Tom is currently working at Shiftsmart as the Senior Director of Customer Success, where they oversee labor solutions for retailers. Prior to that, they held various positions at Dollar Tree Stores, including Director of Category Management, Category Merchant/Buyer, and Area Manager. At Dollar Tree, they led teams, managed product sourcing, vendor negotiations, and import buy trips, and achieved significant accomplishments such as launching a new department. Tom also worked at Kellogg School of Management during their Full-Time MBA program and gained experience in strategic planning and cross-functional team management at Dollar Tree. Before that, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and as a Summer Analyst at Blackstone. Tom started their professional career as a Summer Intern at Harbor Group International, LLC.

Tom Pecsok holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and German from the University of Notre Dame. Tom also has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they attended Norfolk Academy, although it is unclear if they obtained any degree or field of study from there.
