Misti Aaronson

Misti Aaronson has extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic execution, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at SHIFT since June 2005, and previously in the same role at entreQuest, where Misti focused on fostering employee and client success through effective strategy design and team deployment. Misti also held the position of Vice President of Operations and Partner at Tyanna Foundation, managing auction initiatives to engage the business community for fundraising. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Wells Fargo Financial, specializing in loan products and consumer services. Misti holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Transportation Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
