Shawn Worth has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. From 2019 to the present, they have been working at Shiji Group as a Lead IT Systems Engineer for the Americas. Shawn'sresponsibilities include improving the adoption and usage of internal IT systems, providing support to internal users, leading office design and build projects, and managing user provisioning for the region.

Prior to their current position, Shawn had their own IT services company called WITs (Worth IT Services) from 2010 onwards. As the owner and service technician, they provided IT services to end users and customers, offering repair and diagnostic services for desktops, laptops, and Macs, as well as performing rewiring, testing, and installation tasks.

Between 2015 and 2018, Shawn worked as an IT Technician Level II at Fisher & Phillips LLP, where they supported and maintained technology equipment and assets for the firm's in-house and regional offices. Shawn installed, configured, diagnosed, repaired, and upgraded hardware and software, and troubleshooted problem areas.

Shawn Worth attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2001 to 2002 and the University of West Georgia from 1994 to 1996. In terms of certifications, Shawn obtained the Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in March 2020 and the Apple Certified Support Professional certification from Apple in 2013.
