Boris Melkov

Boris Melkov is an experienced project manager and finance professional with a diverse background in management, integration, and financial oversight. Currently serving as Project Manager at Shikun & Binui since March 2023, Boris previously held the position of Head of Department at Ayalon Highways Co. from February 2019 to April 2023. Notable roles also include CEO at Velta Titanium Israel and Advisor for PFI tenders preparation. Boris's career includes key financial positions at the Israel Ministry of Defense and the IDF, along with a strong academic foundation comprising an MBA in Public Administration and a Master's in Public Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by a BA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MA in Business Administration from the University of Derby.
