Rom Aroesti

Rom Aroesti is a seasoned professional in technological project management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technological Projects in Information Systems at Doral since 2024 and as Senior Manager for CRM Projects in the Information Systems Division at Shikun & Binui since 2023. With prior experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager at Energy Team from 2020 to 2023 and a Technology Project Manager at TrustNet | Cyber Security from 2018 to 2020, Rom has developed significant expertise in project management and CRM systems during tenure at AIG from 2012 to 2018. Rom's educational background includes a Senior Management Program for CIO from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Project Management certification from PMZONE, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and advertising from the College of Law and Business. Additional training includes courses in project management, innovation, and digital campaign direction.
