Prior to this role, Manish Dalwadi worked at Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. in Baroda from January 1991 to April 2007, focusing on plant maintenance, operation, ERP, and supervision. Educationally, Manish Dalwadi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gujarati from Baba Saheb BhimRao Ambedkar Law College, completed in May 2022, as well as a degree from M. S University from 1986 to 1990, and secondary education from G.S.E.B., Gujarat in 1986.
