Helen founded Helen Ayres Consulting in February 2020, providing HR consultancy and project management services to clients including the Australian Industry Group, healthcare, and government entities. Previously, Helen held the role of Chief People Officer at TeamKids, leading talent acquisition and people management services, and spent nearly two decades at Holding Redlich as Head of People & Development, where achievements included receiving the WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation for 11 years. Helen’s educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management from RMIT University and ongoing learning through edX.
