Neil Thomas

Neil Thomas has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning various industries and organizations. Neil currently works as a Human Resources Consultant at shilo.people, where they create tailored people solutions for clients. Previously, they held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at the Melbourne Market Authority, where they facilitated the trade of billions of dollars worth of produce annually. Neil also worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Tract Consultants, a national planning and design practice. Additionally, Neil has experience as a People and Culture Project Specialist at Star Health Group and as a Human Resources Manager at Australian Paper, where they provided strategic advice and support to functional management. Neil began their career as a Credit Manager in multinational organizations.

Neil Thomas completed their secondary education at Ararat High School from 1970 to 1975. Later, they pursued higher education at RMIT University from 1987 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Accounting degree.
