Robert d'Andrea

Robert d'Andrea has over 25 years of experience working in senior Human Resources roles with various companies. Robert is currently working as a Consultant at shilo.people, where they create tailored people solutions for clients. Prior to this, Robert was the Principal at RdA People Solutions, where they assisted small and medium-sized businesses with their HR needs.

Robert also has extensive experience in the retail industry, having worked as the General Manager of Human Resources at The Reject Shop from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they held various HR roles at Coles, including Head of Human Resources for Coles Liquor and People & Capability Manager.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked as the General Manager of Human Resources at Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd from 2004 to 2010. Robert also had several roles at National Australia Bank, including Project Manager and Head of Human Resources for National Financial Management.

Throughout their career, Robert has developed expertise in performance management, employee relations, and navigating people issues within organizations.

Robert d'Andrea attended RMIT University from 1987 to 1989, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Industrial Relations. In August 2020, they obtained two additional certifications: "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" from LinkedIn and "People Analytics" from LinkedIn.
