Chad Campbell

Chad Campbell is an experienced technical services leader with a career spanning over three decades in IT infrastructure and support. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Service Delivery at Shiloh Industries since November 2014, Chad oversees the technical services team, focusing on global technology strategy, planning, and service delivery. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Director of Technical Services at Masco Cabinetry, managing a team of 40 and overseeing various technical infrastructures. Chad's experience also includes serving as the Technical Services Manager at Masco Builder Cabinet Group, where responsibilities included managing storage systems, and earlier roles at Merillat Industries and Bixby Medical Center involving help desk supervision and PC/network support. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central Michigan University.
