Jonathan Field

Jonathan Field has extensive work experience in the legal recruitment industry. Jonathan started their career at Allen & Overy as an Associate from September 2004 to March 2007. Jonathan then joined Shilton Sharpe Quarry in April 2007 as a Director, where they gained experience in recruiting partners and teams for law firms. In January 2019, they became the Joint CEO of Shilton Sharpe Quarry, overseeing strategic issues such as mergers and branding campaigns. Shilton Sharpe Quarry is an international legal search and recruitment consultancy with a global presence.

Jonathan Field attended the University of Leeds from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a degree in International Relations.
