Nick Metzler

Nick Metzler is an accomplished entrepreneur and gaming industry expert with extensive experience in tokenomics, game design, and business development. As the Founder of Win Win since October 2022, Metzler leads a full-service advisory firm specializing in the innovative design of token ecosystems and market strategies. Currently a Venture Partner at Shima Capital, Metzler supports web3 portfolio gaming companies. Previous roles include Tokenomics and Governance Designer at Framework Ventures, where Metzler focused on sustainable crypto economies, and Incubation and New Business Specialist at Spin Master, expanding the portfolio of games through innovative business models. Additional experience includes consulting for Survivor Entertainment Group in challenge design, as well as marketing roles at USC Hospitality and leading Messy Desk Ideas Inc. Metzler holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
