Spencer Mullaney is a seasoned project engineer at Shimmick Construction, having been with the company since January 2011. With extensive experience in various high-profile projects, including the $750M VTA BART Berryessa Extension and the $20M Salesforce Tower Bracing Removal, Spencer has played key roles ranging from project engineer to project manager. Noteworthy projects also include the Caltrain Quint Street Bridge Replacement Project at $5M and the Caltrain Signal Preemption Improvement Project at $2M. Prior to joining Shimmick, Spencer completed an engineering internship at Top Grade Construction. Spencer holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
