Paul Williams

Paul Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul is currently working as an Account Manager at Shin-Etsu MicroSi, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of advanced chemical products for the Semiconductor and Optoelectronics industries. Prior to this, Paul was the Director at Nectolink Limited.

Before joining Nectolink Limited, Paul held the position of Sales Director - Asia at PiBond, specializing in the manufacture of ultra-high purity siloxane, metal-oxide polymers used in semiconductor and IC packaging applications. Paul also served as the Sales Director - Asia at Inkron, a leading company in siloxane polymer R&D and manufacturing.

Earlier in their career, Paul worked as the VP of Product and Business Development at Optitune Nanotechnology. Paul also gained valuable experience at Brewer Science, where they served as the Business Manager Asia and later as the Marketing Manager Asia. Additionally, they worked as the Applications and Sales Manager Europe at Brewer Science.

Paul's academic background includes a Post Doctoral Associate position at the University of Cambridge and Cardiff University, where they worked as a Program Manager for the III-V Centre for Microlithography.

Paul Williams completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the University of Nottingham from 1986 to 1989. Paul then pursued a PhD in Semiconductor Physics at Cardiff University (Prifysgol Caerdydd), which they completed from 1989 to 1993.
