Mark (Weizhong) Sun is an accomplished retail asset manager with extensive experience in portfolio management across diverse sectors, including hospitality, food and beverage, multifamily, and retail. Currently overseeing a $2 billion retail portfolio at Shin Yen Management, Mark has previously managed a $100 million portfolio at SCG America Group Inc. and led a consulting initiative at J.P. Morgan Private Bank to analyze financial behaviors of ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
