Claudia Dean

Claudia Dean has a diverse work experience in the field of early childhood education and community partnerships. Claudia started their career as a Teacher Specialist at Broward County Public Schools in 2003 and gradually took on various roles such as Supervisor of the Early Intervention Program, Early Intervention Program Coordinator, and Early Reading First Director. From 2009 to 2013, Claudia served as the Head Start Director at Broward County Public Schools. In 2014, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Zayed University, teaching early childhood classes to future educators. Claudia then joined Acelero Learning in 2017 as the Executive Director until 2019. Currently, Claudia is Vice President of Community Partnerships at Shine Early Learning.

Claudia Dean obtained their Master's degree in Education Foundations from Florida Atlantic University between 1990 and 1995. Their field of study included Multicultural Education and Early Childhood Education.
