Leslie Baldwin

Leslie Baldwin currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Community Partnerships at Blue Stream Fiber, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Leslie was with Associa for nearly nine years, first as Vice President of Sales, leading a team of 72 sales professionals across North America, focusing on revenue generation, sales strategy, and market analysis. Under leadership, the team consistently achieved and exceeded regional goals, signing over 450 accounts and generating $15 million in management fee revenue. Leslie also held the role of Regional Sales Director, achieving the highest close rate in the company annually. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Client Relations and Director of Management Services at Principal Management Group of Houston, where Leslie led account sales and supervised a team of portfolio managers.
