Marcus Lehembre

Marcus Lehembre serves as the VP of Customer Experience at Shine since December 2018, where responsibilities include global development of the Customer Experience department, strategic decision-making, and managing a team of over 40 individuals as a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to this role, Marcus held positions as Head of Operations and Operations Manager, overseeing large teams and improving back-office processes. Additionally, Marcus has experience as a Software Engineer and Customer Experience Consultant in various capacities since 2018, contributing to roles at Customerz and Charitips, and has pursued freelance opportunities as an investor and consultant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Information System Architectures & Cloud Computing from EFREI and a Software Engineer degree from ESILV, among others. Notably, Marcus co-founded a startup, Fyde, aimed at enhancing customer loyalty programs.
