Jessica Giffey

With nine years of experience in the definition, planning, and implementation of technically rigorous projects, Jessica Giffey serves as the general manager for the SHINE Systems and Manufacturing division. She previously served as the vice president of operations for the division and was responsible for creating production planning processes, developing manufacturing acceptance testing programs, collaborating with research and development and engineering teams, and leading production and planning, testing, and building of the team’s products. Prior to joining SHINE in 2017, Jessica worked as a design engineer, project administrator and senior project administrator, and senior consultant for companies including Wolf Appliance, Sub-Zero, and Nexant, taking responsibility to evaluate options and generate solutions in time-sensitive environments, create and lead engaged and effective teams, and deploy new processes and improvements to prioritize limited resources and reduce lost time. Jessica holds a BS in Physics from the University of Wisconsin.
