Cheryl Peterson has extensive experience in community engagement and development, currently serving as the Community & Employee Engagement Manager at SHINE Technologies since July 2017, where the focus is on the safe production of medical tracers and cancer treatment elements. Prior to this role, Cheryl was the Development Director at YWCA Rock County from August 2015 to June 2017, overseeing fund development and donor engagement for the organization’s programs aimed at empowering women and promoting justice. Cheryl's career also includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Community Affairs at BMO Harris Bank from August 1998 to July 2015, where efforts were concentrated on facilitating corporate giving across numerous communities in Wisconsin. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, as well as an Associate's degree in Marketing/Fashion Merchandising from Blackhawk Technical College.
