Russ Iddings

Russ Iddings has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Russ currently serves as the Chief of Staff at ShineOn, where they are responsible for leading critical projects and assisting with strategic planning. Prior to this, Russ worked as the Vice President of Operations at ShineOn and oversaw production, merchandising, seller support, and human resources. Russ implemented Six Sigma, resulting in significant cost savings. Before joining ShineOn, Russ held leadership positions at Wise Ltd., Koozie Group, Chewy, Amazon, NorAm International Partners, FirstGroup America, LSI Industries, and d.e. Foxx & Associates, where they managed various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Throughout their career, Russ has demonstrated a strong ability to drive organizational growth and optimize HR practices.

Russ Iddings has a diverse education history. Russ first attended Kent State University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Human Resources. Following this, they enrolled at Northern Kentucky University from 2001 to 2004, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Business and Information Systems. Additionally, during this time at Northern Kentucky University, Russ also pursued another MBA degree specifically in Information Technology.

In terms of additional certifications, Russ has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Russ obtained certifications in various areas, such as FMLA Compliance, Workers' Compensation, OSHA Compliance, Payroll Law, and Situational Leadership - Train the Trainer. In 2017, Russ obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
