Alissa Balsamo

Alissa Balsamo has an extensive work experience beginning in 2013. Alissa started their career as an HR Coordinator at Aerotek, where they worked from January 2013 to October 2013. After that, they joined Shionogi Inc. and held various roles over the years. Alissa began as an HR & Benefits Coordinator in October 2013 and worked until January 2015. Alissa then transitioned into a Performance Management Analyst role, where they worked from January 2015 to October 2016. Alissa further advanced in their career and became a Manager of Human Resources at Shionogi Inc. from October 2016 to April 2021. Alissa Balsamo's most recent position is Senior Manager of Total Rewards, starting in April 2021, where they are currently working.
