Margot Griffith

Margot Griffith has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Margot is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Shionogi Inc., where they are responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition operations and systems. Prior to this, Margot worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at MRG Recruitment Consultant, LLC, specializing in the medical device, OTC, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.

From 2017 to 2023, Margot held various roles at Celularity, Inc., including Director of Talent Acquisition Service and Operations. In this role, they managed full-cycle recruiting and relationship management across different functions and levels.
