Eftim Eftimov has over 12 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Eftim began their career in 2008 as a Consultant for Investment Advisory Services at Colliers-International. In 2011, they became a Sales Manager Real Estate at Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Head of Property Valuation Section at Alpha Bank Bulgaria, where they managed a team that valued over 1.5B in properties. In 2015, they Co-Founded One Percent Change and also founded and became CEO of Property Club Bulgaria. In 2016, they became CEO and CFO of Montway Bulgaria. Currently, they are President and VP of Strategy at Ship.Cars USA.

Eftim Eftimov's education history includes attending Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2022 for The Innovative Technology Leader Program in Organizational Leadership, American University in Bulgaria from 2017-2018 for an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, and American University in Bulgaria from 2004-2008 for a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Management.
