Ahmed Farouk

Ahmed Farouk has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ahmed began their career as a Marketer at arcast.fm in April 2018, where they worked until June 2019. In July 2019, they joined Amer Group as a Marketer, where they stayed until September 2019. In October 2019, they became a Retail Account Manager at GO-TECH, where they remained until March 2021. Ahmed then joined Jumia Egypt as a Warehouse Senior Operator from April 2021 to June 2022. Ahmed was promoted to Assistant Warehouse Manager at Jumia Egypt in June 2022 and held this position until February 2023. Currently, Ahmed is working as a Senior Sales Executive at ShipBlu (YC S21) starting from March 2023.

Ahmed Farouk holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Cairo University between 2016 and 2020. In addition to their formal education, Ahmed has obtained several certifications, including MITx Supply Chain Analytics from MITx Courses in April 2023, Supply Chain Operations from Coursera in July 2022, and Supply Chain Logistics from Coursera in June 2022.
